Rate and Form Filings Submitted Via SERFF

Effective November 1, 2004, the Health Bureau now accepts electronic filings via SERFF in addition to the Property and Life Bureaus. SERFF is designed to expedite the review and approval of filings and reduce the amount of paperwork for both your company and the New York State Insurance Department.

Note: Electronic filing requirements for other insurance types will be provided at a later date.
