NAIC Speed to Market Program
This Department has been a pioneer of the "Speed to Market" initiative as the linchpin of operational efficiencies intended to modernize and streamline market regulation. In an effort to bring this concept to the next level, the Department will participate in the NAIC's optional "Speed To Market" Self-Certification Pilot Program beginning May 1, 2003. While the Department's long standing procedures for "Speed To Market" filings encompasses more types of filings and lines of insurance, Property/Casualty policy form participation in this pilot program will help us to achieve these efficiencies on a national basis.
