The New York State Insurance Department has entered into an agreement with PSI Services, LLC, to provide licensing examination services to candidates desiring an insurance license in New York. Effective Monday, November 19, 2007, licensing exams will be given at PSI's testing centers located in various cities across New York State. Exam reservations and payment can be made with PSI by calling 1-800-733-9267 or through their website at: www.PSIEXAMS.com. Also, all exams will now be given electronically, with paper and pencil exams given on a reserved, special needs, accommodation basis only.

Examination content outlines will not change for 2008 and will be incorporated into PSI's "Candidate Information Bulletin" which will be made available from PSI and the Department.
